For all in-store sales, we will match any competitor ads with current ad and exact item and price. We also take competitor coupons, coupons not valid on electronic items. Coupons are not valid on sale items.
A receipt dated within 90 days is required for all returns and exchanges, except that all electrics shall be within 30 days.
All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Some items, such as collectibles, cannot be returned if opened. Some items, such as some electrics, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Other restrictions may apply.
Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at time of return will be refunded at the current clearance price.
Any purchase made by check may be refunded as a merchandise voucher.
All other returns or exchanges, including those without receipt should seek assistance through the manufacturers' warranty.
