Class will start with a Wild Mushroom and Goat Cheese appetizer pizza. Then Chef Lindsay will be a making a fun Hawaiian theme pizza with Sweet Barbecue Sauce, Pineapple & Red Onion. Lastly she will prepare an American Classic, Sausage, Pepperoni, Green Pepper, Black Onions and Mozzarella Pizza.

Entertain Spanish style with small plates of delicious accompaniments to wine. Chef Nancy will be making Tapas with Roasted Shrimp; Tomatillo & Avocado Salsa on French Bread Brochette; Roasted Tomatoes with basil; Garlic Hummus with Pita Triangles; and Assorted Olives

Chef Lindsay will share her Citrus Scone recipe served with whipped Vanilla Butter. Next she will make a Sauteed Mushroom Spinach Crepe paired with sauteed Asparagus drizzled with Sherry Tarragon Cream Sauce. Class will conclude with a lemon tart, Creme Frachie and Fresh Berries. To tie the meal together, Chef Lindsay will be serving mango mint spritzers.

Chef Jason will be back to teach you everything you ever wanted to know about sushi. this will be a hands on class, so come prepared to roll your own sushi. You will learn how to roll sushi on a mat, make hand paks, and scattered sushi.

En Papillote

En Papillote is a method of cooking whereby food is encased in parchment paper and placed in an oven. The food essentially steams in its own juices in the oven. Chef Jason will be teaching about this method of cooking. He will be using either Salmon or Trout, depending on the availability. This will be a hands on class, so you will all be making your own dinner.
